A digital stamp card won’t bring you a single new customer.
A card tucked away in a phone wallet introduces your business to no one. It waits for the customer to come back. That’s useful — and it’s half the job.
Customers find you
Your business is listed in the app’s directory: searchable by category and by town, and visible on the neighbourhood map.
One card for every business
Your customers don’t add yet another card: they add you to the one they already have. That’s what persuades them to sign up with you.
Nothing to install at the counter
Your phone is all you need to scan. No card reader, no tablet to buy, no till to replace.

Why it isn’t the cheapest on the market
There are digital loyalty cards at half the price. They do one thing Flidiz does too: remind your customers that they have points with you. They don’t do the second — introduce your business to someone who doesn’t know you yet. A directory, a neighbourhood map, an alert when a regular walks past: all of that takes an app your customers actually open, not a card tucked away in a wallet. That’s what you pay for, and it’s the only reason it costs more.
‘Do my customers have to install an app?’
Yes, and that’s a deliberate choice. A card stored in a phone’s wallet needs nothing installed — but it can’t show a directory, or alert someone walking down your street. Both of those need an app the customer opens.
In return, your customers sign up only once: the same card works in every Flidiz business. That’s why they say yes, where they would turn down yet another card for a single business.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to change my till?
No. Flidiz sits alongside your till, on your phone. You take payment as usual, then you scan.
What if a customer loses their phone?
Their points belong to their account, not to the device. They log back in and everything is still there.
Where is the data kept?
In France. Your customers’ location is never stored: proximity alerts are calculated on their phone.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. The subscription is monthly, with no commitment.
How long does it take to get started?
The same day. You sign up, set up your rewards and put out the counter display.
How many loyalty members can I have?
150, 500 or 1,500 depending on your plan. You can move up a plan as your customer base grows, without losing anything.
