Delete your Flidiz account
From the app
This is the quickest way: open Settings, then My account, then Delete my account. You will be asked for your password — deletion becomes irreversible once the grace period is over, and a phone left unlocked must not be enough to erase its owner’s account.
This applies to the Flidiz app. For a Flidiz Business account, use the form below.
Without the app
If you have uninstalled it or can no longer access it, fill in the form below with your account’s phone number or email address. We check that it really is you, then record the request. We reply within one month, and in practice much sooner.
You can also write to support@flidiz.com from your account’s email address, or giving the phone number linked to it.
Thirty days to change your mind. For a Flidiz app account, the request opens a thirty-day grace period during which it can still be cancelled — from the app, or by writing to us. Once that period is over, it becomes final. A request to delete a Flidiz Business account is handled by our team, with no guaranteed timeframe.
What is deleted, and what is kept

Why your visits are kept. The law requires businesses to keep their accounting records, and your visits are part of them. We therefore keep them, but anonymised: they no longer carry your name, your phone number or your address. Anonymisation is irreversible — there is no lookup table and no backup of your original identifiers, and nothing makes it possible to trace them back to you.
